We believe multi-tier intervention model should be foundationally built on being proactive and preventive, while integrating evidenced based initiatives such as MTSS, PBIS, collective efficacy, continuous improvement science, implementation science, along with other models to meet the needs of all students.
Focusing on creating a school district wide model enables the district to support the school sites with implementing sustainable structures which includes defined teaming structures, identified data to be reviewed, as well as unified instruction, and intervention for mental health, academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning (SEL).

Our work supports the district with auditing and refining curriculum, instructional practices, behavior practices, SEL practices, communication, interventions, use of data, and the decision-making process as well as the involvement of students, parents, and the community.
The outcomes will enable school districts with early identification of student risks and needs, identifying and aligning need with appropriate interventions and personnel for delivery, along with progress monitoring of support.
